Refund Policy
Hydracluster Tech Builds

At Hydracluster Tech Builds, every system is built with precision, performance, and care. Due to the customized nature of our products, our refund policy is designed to protect the integrity of our builds while ensuring fairness in the rare event of shipping-related issues.
1. General Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued under specific conditions, outlined below. We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after purchase
Compatibility issues not disclosed at the time of order
User-induced damage after delivery
Software-related issues not caused by hardware malfunction
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be granted if:
The product arrives physically damaged, and
The damage is proven to have occurred during shipping transit, and
Clear evidence (photos/videos) is submitted to support@hydraclustertech.com within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Verification Process
To maintain a fair and accurate claims process:
All Hydracluster Tech Builds are shipped with:
Benchmark results
Benchmark and quality assurance videos
A printed QA certification sheet
These serve as proof that each product was fully functional and undamaged at the time of shipping.
If damage is reported:
Our team will initiate a verification with the shipping company.
Upon confirmation that damage occurred during shipping, you will be offered one of the following:
A full refund, processed within 21–28 business days, or
A replacement unit, subject to component availability
4. Non-Refundable Items
Any product returned without authorization
Systems showing signs of tampering or misuse
Opened or modified hardware components
Software licenses, downloads, or services rendered
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, Hydracluster Tech will cover the return shipping costs only if damage is validated to be the fault of the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for:
Repackaging the system securely in its original materials
Providing a return tracking number (if applicable)
